ORDER
1. Place your order. (BE SURE TO PUT THE NAME YOU WOULD LIKE ON ITEMS IN THE NOTE TO SELLER). Please include the event title, date NEEDED BY, or any other information in the 'Notes to Seller' section once you add the item to your cart. If a digital file, please include an email address. For custom orders please include colors and writing. PLEASE LIST EXACTLY HOW YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ORDER TO LOOK, I WILL LAYOUT YOUR ORDER EXACTLY HOW YOU WOULD LIKE IT. I WILL ONLY CREATE 2 LAYOUTS AFTER IF YOU WOULD LIKE CHANGES TO BE MADE. AFTER TWO LAYOUTS HAVE BEEN SENT, A DESIGN FEE OF $10 WILL BE APPLIED.

RUSH ORDERS:
IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER SOONER THAN 1 WEEK, PLEASE ADD THE RUSH FEE TO YOUR ORDER. FOR ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER TUESDAY AND THE NEED-BY DATE IS THAT SAME WEEK ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, OR SUNDAY, PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD TO EXPRESS SHIPPING. IN SOME CASES, SHIPPING MAYBE MORE THAN WHAT IS LISTED DEPENDING ON THE DAY YOU ORDER TO THE DAY YOU NEED IT BY. SHIPPING IS SUBJECTED TO BE INVOICED AFTER BOXED AND WEIGHED. THE RUSH FEE DOES NOT COVER THE SHIPPING COST.

PROOF
2. Once payment is received, proofs are sent out to the above email address. Remember I ship by the date needed. PLEASE REVIEW THE PROOF CAREFULLY, ALSO SPELL CHECK. IF YOU APPROVE THE LAYOUT AND SOMETHING WAS INCORRECT NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Please email "approved" if no changes need to be made. If you do not respond within 4 hours, I cannot guarantee your order will arrive on time. If I do not receive a response from you in 24 hours, your package will be printed as is, and no changes can be made, or no refunds will be given. It is important that you approve or make changes to the layout in a timely manner. Remember we are on a time frame, in order to get your order ready on time for your event.

DELIVERY:
6. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED AFTER BEING DELIVERED TO THE POST OFFICE, LULU G'S SHOP CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE. YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE OR CARRIER.

REFUNDS
These product(s) are custom handmade with custom layouts that take time to create & layout, so therefore NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T APPROVED TO ASSEMBLE. All sales are final.
